This policy explains what information PicAI collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details (including via Sign in with Apple or Google, if you choose those options).
The text prompts you enter and the images PicAI generates for you are stored so you can access your creation history and library.
Subscriptions and credit packs are purchased and processed through Apple's App Store. We receive confirmation of your purchase and entitlement status, but PicAI never sees or stores your payment card details.
We collect basic technical information — device type, operating system version, app version, and crash/diagnostic logs — to keep PicAI stable and to understand feature usage.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prompts or generated images to train third-party advertising profiles about you.
Your prompts are sent to the AI model provider that powers image generation so it can produce your image. They process this data solely to fulfill the generation request.
Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy practices.
We use standard analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand app stability and usage patterns. This data is aggregated and not sold to third parties.
We retain your account data and generated images for as long as your account is active, so your library remains available to you. If you request deletion, we permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days. To request deletion, email us at the address below.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
PicAI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
